As part of our continuing conversation on the importance and potential of cloud technology, I joined Chief Cloud Architect Peter Virador in a virtual webinar to discuss hybrid multi-cloud environments and the benefits and value government agencies are seeing as they migrate to them.

Hybrid cloud models give CIOs the “best of both worlds”: total control of the private cloud and the flexibility, innovation and speed that are available in the public cloud. The multi-cloud element of these types of architectures minimizes vendor lock-in (because not all clouds are equal) and opens up an array of specialized services.
