GSA AI Virtual Agent Deployed in Under Two Months

GDIT combined ServiceNow, NICE/CXONE and Google DialogFlow to rapidly deploy a virtual agent that provides chat bot and phone virtual agent service capabilities for the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Federal Service Desk (FSD). The virtual agent has not only modernized the GSA FSD customer experience, but it has also saved an average of 78.7K agent hours per year. The resulting reduction in staff has saved the agency roughly $2.8M since the virtual agent’s inception.
