We architect and engineer solutions that introduce AIOps, unified service management, and ITSM process automation capabilities. GDIT provides a centralized approach to automation RPA integrated within the ITSM tool suite leveraging successes from other GDIT programs and OCIO. In addition to baking automation and RPA into all of our operational processes, we also assist our customers to identify and create automations and RPA’s for mission centric needs and functionality to further enable our customers and their users to focus on the mission and less on the repetitive tasks that stifle productivity.
