Journey to managed services

While in different stages of their journey, most agencies reported being actively engaged with managed services providers.

Three out of four of those on the journey are talking to, issuing, piloting or expanding managed services.

Motivators to
adopting

Agencies are focused on benefits to their IT ecosystems through outcomes like cost efficiencies, speed and scale and mission enablement.

Reducing IT costs was rated the largest motivator for using managed services, while security and control were named as concerns.
