Data Analyst Associate

HOW A DATA ANALYST ASSOCIATE WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Maintain all documentation related to Problem Management process including policies, procedures, and work instructions, while ensuring that IT best practices are implemented and enforced through a strong understanding of current company processes
  • Lead cross-functional coordination between service organizations and drives all actions for end-to-end resolution of each problem
  • Advises senior and executive leadership on potential gaps in processes identified through persistent occurrences of the same problem and resulting in potential performance impacts to SLA
  • Establish deadlines for ownership of actions to include verbal and written communication to the client according to standard operating procedures outlined within the contract
  • Performs initial reviews of all FACARs (Failure Analysis and Corrective Action Reports) for accuracy, subject matter and constructive feedback prior to delivery and reporting up to senior and executive leadership
  • Manages daily and weekly and monthly tracking of all open problems up to the point of successful closure
  • Performs historical analysis of Major incidents and Problem Records for reoccurring INCIDENTS to ensure accountability of service improvement and corrective actions are being followed to ensure a resolution is reached in coordination with owners
  • Communicates problem management status updates for monthly Operation Performance Reviews to senior and executive leadership.
  • Your success will be measured through minimized incidents and reports delivered on time according to contractual requirements



WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: 0+ years of related experience
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly
● Required Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication
● Preferred Skills: Multitasking and collaboration skills
● Location: On Site
● US Citizenship Required

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $72,250 - $97,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
