HOW A CONFIGURATION ANALYST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Responsible for the installation, configuration management and troubleshooting of computers and related IT equipment. Establishes and maintains packages and management of client workstation, servers, and endpoint configurations including operating systems, COTS, GOTS and custom applications in an enterprise environment utilizing Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM)/System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Active Directory to troubleshoot and deploy images. Requests vendor quotes for hardware, resolves incident and trouble tickets and acts as an interface between internal and external customers Provides supervision, guidance, and mentoring for the desktop support and client configuration management teams. Works with other network professionals as directed to coordinate efforts, troubleshooting peripheral and hardware issues, resolve cross-team issues and communicate and track changes for classified, unclassified, and special communications networks. Travel may be required.

The likely salary range for this position is $83,429 - $103,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
