WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Acts as the overall office assistant and facilities coordinator.
Duties include scheduling office resources, facilitating mail/shipments, maintaining office supplies, performing purchasing (P-CARD), organizational and clerical support, scheduling, writing copy, word processing, receiving/greeting guests, and handling other general administrative duties.
Organizes and maintains common areas.
Performs general office clerk duties and errands.
Organizes travel and coordinates office events, as necessary.
Reviews current processes and identifies improvement opportunities.
Completes personnel onboarding tasks such as electronic I-9 Employment Verifications, Personnel Action Notices, onboarding briefings, and monitors/tracks personnel onboarding to completion.
Assists in creating and updating standard operating procedures for the office and programs.
Monitors compliance with corporate requirements.
Maintains organizational charts.
Participates in special projects as required.
Security Clearance Level: Must be able to obtain Secret clearance.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
HS/GED, 0+ years’ experience
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency with standard office software.
LOCATION:
On Customer Site.

Required.

Position may require lifting objects (e.g., IT hardware), reaching/bending/kneeling (e.g., plugging in cables), and other moderately strenuous activities.
Self-starter who is motivated, shows initiative, and learns quickly.

Ability to create and maintain sustainment documentation.

U.S. Citizenship Required
The likely hourly rate for this position is between $15.83 - $17.25. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
