The Executive Assistant provides direct administrative support to federal staff at a government agency in Washington, DC.
Position Duties:
Provides executive-level administrative and operational support.
Manages scheduling, communications, and office logistics. This may include arranging and coordinating meetings, booking meeting spaces, drafting meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up with meeting participants.
Creates, reviews, and briefs administrative and operational reports as required/requested.
Ensures efficient coordination, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Performs other duties and supports special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related discipline and at least 6 years of related experience with a BA/BS degree.
Prior experience providing executive-level administrative and operational support to include managing scheduling, communications, and office logistics.
Strong attention to detail, administrative and organization skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to balance multiple priorities and independently meet deadlines.
Expertise in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
Additional Requirements:
This position requires an existing Public Trust or the ability to obtain one.
This role and associated duties will be performed on site at a government facility located in Washington, DC.

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $32.69 - $44.23. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
