At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Property Administrator you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Property Administrator joining our team to support our government client’s activities in their locations. As a Property Administrator manages government property and assets in accordance with contract requirements, approved procedures, and government regulations. Property Administrator is responsible for the management and oversite of contract property team, customer support, operations and administration to meet program and government requirements. Daily activities include and are not limited to, performing a mixture of customer and vendor relationship management, financial & data analysis, supply chain management, spare equipment management, supporting contract deliverables, procurement, finance, and property management functions for the program.
HOW A PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Required Experience: 2+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, and other tools , understanding of computer systems, voice/video systems, and network infrastructure.
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
● Location: On Customer Site
● US Citizenship Required.

The likely salary range for this position is $59,500 - $80,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
