Our work depends on Network Operations IP Service Analyst joining our team supporting the USCENTCOM Information Technology Services (CITS) Program in Tampa, FL. The successful candidate must be a team player, willing to work outside of normal business hours (Nights/Weekends) in a 16/7 365 days Network Operations Center (NOC).
HOW A NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Monitor status of Theater component core service networks via SolarWinds and track outages to resolution
Correlate events of network devices and applications for system status, configuration control and change compliance.
Monitor logical network topology (connectivity and routing).
Evaluate and respond to event and incident triggers.
Monitor IT Service Events and Service Levels.
Coordinate and prioritize changes for theater backbone (Tier I through Tier II IP networks).
Exercise COOP capability, as required.
Provide Service Level Reporting.
Receive and Assemble Data to assess impacts to operational missions by correlating IP network events with reported network status and assess and report network event effects (what is up/down/available) and impact (network/operational capability lost/remaining).
Generate Reports using ticketing system (primary), email, phone, web portal posting, message traffic, database entry.
Responsible for the accurate gathering of information in regard to outages, security calls that affect enterprise-wide services, and maintenance on CENTCOM systems.
Responsible for determining and reporting items identified as CCIRs, PIRs.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills:
Applicable DoD 8140 or DoD 8570 Certification
Required Skills and Abilities:
Experience with Network monitoring tools
Working knowledge of Microsoft products like Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, and MS Project
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and customers.
Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills in making the appropriate technical decisions.
Must be motivated, adaptable, flexible, and able to produce quality results in an evolving, fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in communication, computer science, engineering, or a related field of study
ITIL V4 Certification
ServiceNow Certification
Knowledge of USCENTCOM’s IT environment and missions
Network + Certification
Location: On site in Tampa, FL
Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI clearance required.

The likely salary range for this position is $83,429 - $96,600. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
