HOW Computer Engineer IV WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
As a Computer Engineer IV supporting the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) in Charleston, SC, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or Mathematics with field of concentration in Computer Science
Experience:
Preferred Experience:
Technical certifications: Professional Software Engineering Master (PSEM)/Certified Software Development Professional (CSDP) or with customer approval a vendor/platform specific certification such as Microsoft role-based certifications, Microsoft Certified Applications Developer (MCAD), Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA), Red Hat Certification Program (RHCP), CISCO Certified Network Professional (CCSNP), CISCO Certified Design Professional (CCDP), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), VMWare Certified Professional (VCP), Cloud certifications, etc.
Security clearance level: Active Secret

The likely salary range for this position is $144,410 - $195,378. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
