As an Identity Data Management Specialist, you will be a key differentiator. Our work depends on an Identity Data Management Specialist joining our team to provide support to a highly specialized DoD program in Fayetteville, NC working closely with the ISM Office to coordinate activities and operations.
HOW AN IDENTITY DATA MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Project planning, developing, and maintaining organizational tasks for current and future operations.
Formulating data analysis for process enhancement.
Inputting supported workforce data, requesting computer accounts, and maintaining/monitoring DoD databases.
Reviewing personnel security documents for accuracy and compliance with program policies.
Ensuring proper handling of classified data.
Maintaining data, files, and organizational tools to track and record actions.
Creating reports, information papers, and briefings.
Preparing training materials and conducting orientation for new hires and DoD personnel.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in a related field or equivalent experience; significant related experience may be accepted in lieu.
Experience: 3+ years of related experience supporting military and/or intelligence operations, including experience with Signature Reduction Activities.
Security clearance level: Active DoD TS/SCI eligibility required.
Skills and abilities: Completion of the Due Diligence Course is required. Completion of the Advanced Technician Course and Advanced Planners Course is preferred.
Location: Customer Site (Fayetteville, NC).

The likely salary range for this position is $86,700 - $117,300. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
