Our work depends on Procurement Analyst joining our team to responsible for sourcing and negotiating strategic procurements that are aligned with enterprise strategies and objectives.

This role supports the Cloud/SaaS team within Sourcing and Procurement at GDIT.


HOW A PROCUREMENT ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
 

  • Manage the procurement process for both indirect (internal GDIT customers) and direct (government customers) procurements. 
  • Sourcing execution in compliance with the various regulatory requirements imposed upon GDIT Supply Chain by its customers, including the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), and leverage the market strength of GDIT, recognize market conditions, and strive to maximize value obtained from each procurement action.
  • Management of RFQ/RFP’s from drafting, bidder communication, negotiation, and execution
  • Completion of sourcing checklist (includes single/sole source justification, price analysis, individual screening requirements, etc. in accordance with GDIT’s procurement process and compliance standards.
  • Ensures high internal customer satisfaction.
  • Supports the implementation of process improvements and streamlined procedures whenever possible

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 2+ years of supply chain experience In lieu of degree, 4+ years of experience.
  • Required Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Suite
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Must have exposure to supply chain. Ability to research, analyze, compile, and assess business and financial data. Ability to make sound decisions and recommendations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented individual who works quickly and efficiently. Ability to manage multiple projects related to the purchasing process.
  • Preferred skills and experience: 1+ year experience in supply chain, government contractor, and/or government regulated procurement, experience in enter commodity procurement.
  • Location: This position is a hybrid position working at GDIT facility in Falls Church, VA, McLearen, VA, Bossier City, LA or Tampa, FL for a minimum of 3 days per week
  • Security Clearance Level: None required
  • Performs work on contracts that require U.S. citizenship.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $62,900 - $85,100. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
