Job Description

GDIT is seeking a strategic marketing professional to join the GDIT marketing team. As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will focus on creating and executing strategic marketing campaigns supporting Federal Civilian markets for GDIT. This is an exciting opportunity to develop marketing campaign strategy, write messaging, and execute tactics including creation of marketing collateral, thought leadership articles, web copy and advertising. As the Marketing Campaign Manager, you will collaborate with a creative marketing team, technical subject matter experts, business development organization and senior leadership to execute best-in-class marketing programs.

HOW A MARKETING CAMPAIGN MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, contribute to the development of marketing and brand strategy for Federal Civilian business areas
  • Create and execute compelling high-impact marketing campaigns aligned to business goals
  • Write content for cross-channel marketing communications such as webpage and social media, thought leadership, briefings, video scripts and other marketing collateral
  • Consult and manage outside vendors and marketing agencies to execute content program showcasing innovation at GDIT, marketing videos, advertising and other projects
  • Establish consultative relationships with Federal Civilian Division technology and program subject matter experts, business development and capture teams, and program leadership
  • Lead and support special projects as required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: Bachelors in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Required Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, corporate communications, brand management, and/or public relations agency experience
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Experience in technology marketing, government contracting market, and/or business-to-business (B2B) or business-to-government (B2G) marketing. Experience in developing and executing cross-channel marketing campaigns. Experience writing and editing webpages, articles, white papers, and other marketing collateral. Experience working with vendors and agencies. Strong writing, public speaking and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Required Technical Skills: Experience using digital marketing tools
  • Location: This is a hybrid position working in our GDIT facility in Falls Church, Virginia. Must be comfortable working onsite (3) days a week.

    Salary and Benefit Information

    The likely salary range for this position is $85,000 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
