Job Description

As a Task Lead, you will apply your subject matter expertise to provide leadership and guidance for contractor personnel. Our work depends on a Task Lead joining our team to manage the overall performance of the CCMD portfolio within a program based in Fayetteville, NC.

HOW A TASK LEAD WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Applies subject matter expertise to provide leadership and guidance for contractor personnel.

  • Assigns tasks to contractor personnel.

  • Supervises ongoing technical efforts.

  • Manages the overall performance of the assigned portfolio within the program.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: A combination of education and/or relevant experience.

  • Experience: Requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in Psychological Operations (PSYOP) or Information Operations.

  • Security clearance level: TS/SCI eligibility required.

  • Skills and abilities: Knowledge of PSYOP policies and authorities, the supported CCMD Area of Interest (AOI) culture and information environment, and operational assessment techniques. Occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations may be required. Workdays and hours may vary, including on-call/recall work.

  • Location: Customer Site (Fayetteville, NC).

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $114,750 - $155,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
