The SEC ISS program is a comprehensive IT program charged with operating, managing, and advancing the SEC's IT infrastructure. Our dynamic program team of IT leaders and large and small business partners is seeking bright, energetic and talented individuals to join us as we bring our innovative IT Service Delivery solutions to SEC. Currently; we are seeking an IT Asset Management Lead for our location in Washington, DC.
The selected candidate must a US Citizen (without dual citizenship) and able to obtain a Public Trust Suitability clearance, per contract requirements.

The IT Asset Management Lead will organize and lead a team of technicians in the areas of inventory, asset distribution and recover, device imaging and configuration, and warehouse operations
Responsibilities:
Analyze and provide expertise on managing receipt, distribution, inventory and lifecycle of standardized, high quality, and compatible IT hardware and software.
Provide IT management solutions for secure, integrated, and cost-effective IT systems, tools, products, and services.
Engaging, organize and direct team members on daily operations, configuration, inventory and managing tasks to completion.
Effectively communicate with senior executive leadership, lead and support executive-level meetings.
Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and control of IT assets.
Support service delivery efforts in compliance, process ownership, and control of hardware and software configuration items.
Work directly with procurement, facilities, information technology, and security for data continuity, quality and reconciliation
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Required Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT asset processing, configuration, and asset management.
Comprehensive knowledge of asset life cycle management processes planning, configuration, deployment, monitoring, recovery and disposal.
Experience utilizing and/or implementing asset management tools, including automated discovery, imaging, and updating.
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and electronically.
Must be detailed oriented to ensure accuracy of asset assignments, inventories, and reporting.
Must have a positive and patient customer service attitude.
Must be able to lead, inspire, and mentor a multi-disciplined team of both on-site and remote staff.
Working proficiency with standard ticketing and inventory management tools (i.e. ServiceNow).
Experience with client CMDB/inventory management systems.
Technical background and understanding of key infrastructure products including but not limited to servers, networks, security devices, storage, etc. preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)

U.S. Citizenship Required
The likely salary range for this position is $93,500 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
