MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Senior Military Operations Principal , the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to a critical mission program in Tamp, FL. You will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and evaluating data pertaining to operations and organizations.
Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
Writes and updates project documentation including system procedures, presentations, and training materials.
Experience in briefing and directly supporting General and Flag level Officer and Senior Executives.
Ensures compliance with internal policies and procedures, as well as other government FAR and Directive 70-1.
Maintains current knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Creation, maintenance, and updating of financial databases and spreadsheets, and generates various financial reports as required.
Conducting plans and providing recommendations to the client on task workloads
Ensuring team members understand and execute their respective roles and the roles of the other team members.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your military or civilian expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Senior Military Operations Principal must have:
Education: BA/BS (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 10+ years of experience
Security clearance level: Active TS/SCI clearance
Role requirements: Military Experience, Special Operations
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) Certification issued from the Project Management Institute (PMI). - Preferred
Location: On Customer Site – Tampa, FL

The likely salary range for this position is $100,300 - $135,700. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
