Job Description

Looking for a Senior Network Engineer / Team Lead to drive Network Operations, deliver on new processes, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and interface with the customer to drive these efforts to completion.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 10+ years' experience leading a team of network engineers and working directly with client counterpart
  • 5+ years' experience with NetScaler Citrix – (A Must)
  • Expert with Cisco switches network software upgrades
  • Troubleshoot complex network issues (Expert)
  • Vulnerability Remediation Process
  • Update technical documentation, maintaining & implementation of the SOP for network security  (A Must)
  • Cisco IPsec VPN troubleshooting
  • Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
  • SolarWinds automation scripts
  • Cisco ASA Firewall  5500 / Firepower  (A Must)
  • Palo Alto Firewalls Panorama
  • Azure experience with NSGs (Networking)
  • Analyzing PCAP Files using Wireshark
  • LAN, WAN, Wireless, and various network technologies
  • Change Management Process
  • TLS certificates renewals and installs
  • Troubleshooting using Riverbed, Splunk, and other tools as available
  • Must be willing to work after hours and weekends during maintenance windows (onsite) as-needed (A Must) - approx every 9 weeks

LOCATION: Rockville, MD

CLEARANCE:

Ability to obtain a Public Trust: candidate must have lived in the United States at least three (3) out of the last five (5) years and pass a public trust background investigation.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $131,750 - $178,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
