We're looking for a Program Manager, Senior, to lead mission-critical Network Operations supporting the Navy. If you're a proven leader who thrives in a high-impact, fast-paced environment and wants to make a real difference in national security, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end management of a complex Task Order Program supporting, overseeing all technical, operational, and financial aspects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with key government stakeholders—ensuring transparent communication, trust, and alignment on goals.
• Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to meet and exceed program performance objectives.
• Optimize program operations through continuous evaluation and innovation to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team of technical and administrative professionals, including subordinate managers.
• Drive program success by ensuring quality deliverables, adherence to schedules, and achievement of financial targets.
• Manage risk, resolve issues quickly, and ensure compliance with government and corporate standards.
• Lead proposal development, pricing, and business development efforts in support of growth initiatives.
• Oversee subcontractor performance, manage deliverables, and ensure cost control across all areas.
• Produce detailed reports and briefings for senior leadership and government clients.

What You’ll Bring:

Required:

• 7+ years of program management experience on large-scale IT or Cyber contracts valued at $150M+
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance
• Current PMP certification
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM or a related field or equivalent years of experience

Preferred:

• Experience managing large DoD IT programs, ideally Navy or Joint training initiatives
• Knowledge of Live, Virtual, and Constructive (LVC) training environments and emerging military training technologies
• Background in exercise planning across multiple warfare domains
• Understanding of training-related computer, communication, and network systems
• Master’s degree in STEM or management field
• Experience with data visualization tools and program reporting dashboards
• Proven experience managing geographically dispersed teams and complex program requirements
• In-depth knowledge of FAR Part 52, WBS, IMS, and POA&Ms
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards
