Job Description

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As an International Training and Deployment Coordinator, you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on a cleared International Training and Deployment Coordinator joining our team to support our intelligence customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs work associated with both import and export administration
  • Provides advice on the issues of import/export licenses
  • Coordinates all documentation related to the import/export process
  • Participates in the preparation of customer import/export planning activities
  • Ensures compliance with the home and foreign country government laws and customs regulations
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to help successfully facilitate international assignments and relocation services
  • Draft and administer international and/or relocation agreements
  • Provide guidance to management on international HR policies and procedures
  • Research and develop compliance approaches for global mobility in home and host country
  • Coordinate with tax, payroll, and other functional departments to facilitate global mobility compliance and service programs
  • Provide standard orientation and training for employees
  • Ensure personnel completes proper training and deployment readiness according to their TDY assignment
  • May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
  • May serve as a team or task lead

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experience
  • Active Top Secret clearance required

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
