Job Description

Organizes project resources for the execution of project tasks to ensure equipment is delivered on-time and within scope. Assists in defining project scope and objectives. Assists in translating requirements into executable tasks. Coordinates resources needed to accomplish executable tasks. Track tasks and mitigate risks.

  • Translate requirements into discrete executable tasks
  • Identify and coordinate resources needed to accomplish executable tasks
  • Obtain vendor price quotes to purchase production inputs
  • Build and maintain tasking schedule
  • Identify and mitigate risks
  • Maintain project records and publish management reports
  • Re-prioritize tasking
  • Close-out project

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional experience in program/project management discipline may be
  • substituted for a bachelor's degree.
  • Five (5) years experience as a Project Coordinator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $106,250 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
