MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Systems Engineer Sr Principal, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission of customer, as described below but not limited to:
Full scope system engineering experience for software project. This includes project management, customer management, requirements elicitation and decomposition, component and system testing, system configuration, and operational support.
Experience with agile methodology for software development and corresponding tools such as Jira
Experience with docker and other devOps tools
Experience with working with software tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Nexus
Working knowledge of Linux operating systems, Mongo
Strong communication skills both verbal and written
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your technology expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Systems Engineer Sr Principal must have:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Experience: 10+ years of related experience
● Technical skills: project management, customer management, component and system testing, agile methodology, operational support.
● Security clearance level: TS//SCI with Full Scope polygraph with the DoD.
● US citizenship required
● Role requirements: Working knowledge of Confluence and Jira

U.S. Citizenship Required
The likely salary range for this position is $161,500 - $218,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
