Intelligence Training Specialist/ Team Lead – SECRET Clearance Required

GDIT is seeking qualified candidates for Mission Training Complex Capabilities Support II (MTCCS II) program.  GDIT delivers individual sustainment through collective Mission Command training, Leadership Training / Development, Warfighter Functions (WFF) training, Delta Training, First Person Simulations (Gaming), and constructive simulations supported training.  Technical integration between simulation and C4I systems.  Establish /maintain training and exercise networks.  Accomplish Risk Management Framework Certification and Accreditation security and risk management activities.

HOW AN INTELLIGENCE TRAINING SPECIALIST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • The individual performing this requirement shall have experience within the Intelligence Warfighting Functional Area with background in one or more of the Intel systems associated with the IEWTPT system.
  • Facilitate a high level of customer service to. Using IEWTPT and providing Electronic Warfare Program Management Trainer (EWPMT) support to Division and Brigades to deliver the highest level of training for the Intelligence community and other War Fighting Functions.  Interface with functions at DIV/BDE level include: SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMIT, FIRES, CEMA, and All-Source Intelligence
  • Provide IEWTPT/EWPMT support for the Military Intelligence Training Strategy program (as required), as well as to the Joint Pacific Multinational Readiness Exercises                
  • Proficiently run the IEWTPT TCC – LE in both Standalone and Federated Configurations and resolve problems with model mapping in the Virtual Reality Scenario Generator (VRSG) and network connectivity. Build Vignette Planning & Rehearsal System (ViPRS) vignettes to supplement exercise scenarios
  • Participates in special projects as required

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: BS/BA subject immaterial (Preferred)
  • Required Experience: 4-6+ years of related work experience; Military training at Brigade and above is highly preferred with experience in the Intel Warfighting Function
  • Required Technical Skills: Understand networking protocols and troubleshooting techniques to resolve networking problems and resolve computer software/hardware problems at the operator level; Practical experience configuring the Message Router to the ICI Server Stack or Edge Server
  • Security Clearance Level: SECRET clearance is required (TS Preferred)
  • Required Skills and Abilities: Superb communication skills; Experience researching and writing intelligence reports; Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in intelligence analysis
  • Location: On Customer Site / moderate travel required to other customer sites throughout AoR

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $91,811 - $105,800. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
