IT QUALITY ASSURANCE TESTER SENIOR

HOW QA Tester/Engineer WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Tests the functionality and usability of new or existing software before it goes live to ensure it is bug-free.
  • Work closely with the development team, providing feedback on what needs improvement to produce top-quality programs.
  • Participates in Agile/Scrum ceremonies with entire development team to solidify understanding of requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Required Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Required Technical Skills:
    • Experience testing web-based and mobile applications
    • Ability to understand project requirements to create and execute test cases.
    • Experience in manual testing.
    • Experience using UFT.
    • Experience in Automation testing using Selenium.
    • Experience in an Agile environment
    • Experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
    • Experience in defect tracking
      • Identify defects, retesting, regression testing
    • Experience in working with tracking tool such as VersionOne/Digital AI
    • Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management tool
    • Experience working in agile environment
    • Good understanding of database technologies, such as MS SQL
    • Strong oral and written communication skills

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $102,000 - $138,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
