HOW A SCRUM MASTER ADVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Coordinates and monitors the scrum process from initiation through delivery
● Keeps our Hybrid software delivery teams on schedule through virtual and in-person interactions
● Work with PM and Customer to deconflict priorities and requirements
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelors degree and Agile certification, or relevant experience
● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with polygraph
● Required Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication (verbal and written) and use of Jira

The likely salary range for this position is $144,500 - $195,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
