Our work depends on a UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS ANALYST MID joining our team to provide state-of-the-art Information Technology (IT) engineering and management leadership to enable our customer to increase mission success and enhance mission capabilities in the critical areas of national security, law enforcement, intelligence, counterintelligence, and counterterrorism.

HOW A UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS ANALYST MID WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
  • Site surveys
  • Identifying equipment needed for deployment
  • Update trackers as required for proper configuration and installations
  • Installation, test, document, and training of newly installed solution
  • Monitor and troubleshoot EVoIP systems
  • Identifying potential problems and responding quickly to mitigate any impact on system performance

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelors and minimum of 3+ years of related experiencE

Substitutions Allowed: Certificate of Training-2 years of undergraduate work and 2 years of related experience; No Degree- 5 years of related experience; MA/MS Degree-0 years

RELATED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

(Experience in one or more of the following): Avaya, Microsoft TAC, Power BI


CLEARANCE: Top Secret (TS) level with the ability to obtain access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) + CI Polygraph

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $91,811 - $105,800. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
