Our work depends on Property Administrator joining our team to support our government client’s activities in the Northern Virginia locations.
At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Senior Property Administrator supports and manages the responsibilities of the successful completion of all tasks in assigned projects. Supports customer logistics requirements through the analysis, organization, planning, and administration of various phases of day-to-day provisioning, spares, maintenance, and/or repair activities.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your property expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Property Administrator Senior must have:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
● Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Technical skills: Must have MS Word, Excel, Adobe, and Outlook skills. Proficient in creating, modifying, and organizing spreadsheets with large line items. Proficient in database entry, maintenance, and quality control.
● Security Clearance Level: Must hold a TS/SCI with Polygraph.
● Location: On Customer Site
● US Citizenship Required

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $67,150.00 - $90,850.00. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
