  • Identify and Resolve complex network failures using advanced analytical and problem-solving techniques.
  • Implement and optimize Data Center and Virtualization solutions that align with modern high-performance infrastructure standards.
  • Automate routine network tasks and configurations to minimize human error and increase deployment speed.
  • Mentor junior staff, providing technical guidance and developing training materials on specialized equipment.
  • Stay Current on emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the USBICES-X program remains at the cutting edge.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise configuring/troubleshooting transport-level encapsulation (DMVPN, GRE, IPsec).
  • Expertise in path optimization and MTU/MSS troubleshooting within encrypted transport tunnels.
  • Expertise in network security policy implementation and security device configuration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Results-oriented and autonomous, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain network integrity in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
