Responsibilities:
· Analyze FOIA / PA mission requirements, business processes, and workflows to identify operational and system gaps.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine functional and technical requirements.
· Assist in the development of use cases, user stories, process diagrams, and interface mockups.
· Support system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) by developing test cases and validating outputs against requirements.
· Contribute to documentation, including functional specifications, SOPs, training materials, and knowledge bases.
· Work closely with product managers, developers, and QA staff to deliver secure, user-centered solutions that meet high standards.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Public Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
· 3–7 years of experience as a FOIA / PA Veterans Service Representative (VSR)
· Strong understanding of SDLC or Agile methodologies and project lifecycle stages.
· Experience gathering and documenting business, functional, or technical requirements.
· Ability to translate stakeholder input into actionable plans for development and configuration teams.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Must be able to obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting

The likely salary range for this position is $105,622 - $115,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
