HOW A PROJECT MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
● Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned CTSS-III Task Order. Supervises employees in multiple work centers.
● Coordinates development of deliverables and products
● Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned projects or task(s), including contract and subcontractor management
● Will apply management and supervisory experience in a Middle East location to support military communication systems
● Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload
● Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules and task order and administrative reporting

WHAT YOU��LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science

● Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
● Required Technical Skills: Work experience in one or more of the following military communication systems:

• Information Technology

• RF Communications

• Satellite Communications

• Telecommunications

• Analog, power and/or RF design

• Tech Control
● Security Clearance Level: SECRET
● Required Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DoD procurement policies / procedures.
● Preferred Skills: Interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with military personnel
● Location: On Customer Site

Project Manager
CERTIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures. Must meet one of the following CERTIFICATIONS requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited university
GENERAL EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in supervising personnel, managing multiple, complex, technical programs including budgetary responsibility, planning and estimating work loading requirements, communicating and interfacing with DoD customers.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Must have at least two (2) years of management or supervisory experience in the Middle East and at least five (5) years of “hands on” work experience in any of the following military communication systems:
• Information Technology
• RF Communications
• Satellite Communications
• Telecommunications
• Analog, power and/or RF design
• Tech Control

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $44.14 - $0.00. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Total compensation for international positions varies by tax, social security, and immigration statuses, as well as location. Generally, an international assignment may include allowances, premium uplifts, and/or relocation or transportation benefits, above base salary range noted.
