HOW A PROJECT INTEGRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Organize and communicate requirements to the contract leadership team, and collaborate towards implementing process/workflow changes.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• Education: Bachelors (Computer engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a closely related discipline)
• Clearance: TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Required Experience: 5+ yrs
• Required Technical Skills:
• - Knowledge of the customer A&A process and tools 
  - Advanced skills in Excel (Pivot tables, slicing, queries, dashboards, metrics reporting, filters, complex calculations, etc.)
  - Intermediate to advanced skills with integrating and working with multiple business analytic and reporting tools; examples Jira, Excel, Confluence, PowerBI, Tableau, SharePoint, etc.
  - Communication effectiveness (both written and oral) with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely 
  - Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights through analysis and dashboarding
  - Performance metrics for cross-team collaboration of defining report requirements and key metrics
  - Ability to develop, document and track multiple projects within Jira project portfolio
  - Experience with Agile/SCRUM and managing Sprint boards
• Tools Experience:
• - Excel, to include, calculations, filters, pivot tables, graphs 
  - Jira (JQL), dashboards, sprints, board configurations, filters
  - Confluence - integration with Jira and/or PowerBI
  - Microsoft SharePoint
• Desired Qualifications:
• - Familiarity with the customer's A&A process tool (GL)
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with active polygraph
• Location: Herndon, VA
