Job Description

At GDIT, people are our differentiator. As a Senior IT Program Manager you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on a Senior Program Manager joining our team to meet the operational and administrative needs of our Federal Government Customer. In this role, you will manage delivery of critical, enterprise-wide services and resources, as well as technical and operational support to the agency.

Your team will be responsible for providing ongoing engineering and lifecycle operational support for deployed systems after transition. Additionally, your team will be providing critical services in the following areas:

  • Managing the service desk for customer's IT Services.

  • Supporting our customer's employees IT needs in the geographically disparate locations across the US.

  • Supporting cloud infrastructure that supports the customer's operational and administrative mission.

  • Support for enterprise applications used by the customer.

  • Providing IT Security support for all customer end points to ensure that all systems, devices, and tools are maintained within security standards

  • Deliver on-going support of multiple ad hoc IT needs including SharePoint, AEM forms development, spatial and data analytics, and audio visual support services.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
 

Education:

Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline

Required Experience:

  • Current / Recent Federal Law Enforcement experience

  • 8+ years of experience in IT project/program management

Security Clearance Level:

An active Top Secret or higher clearance is required


Required Skills and Abilities:

  • PMP or equivalent certification

  • Strong Communication Skills

  • Excellent Organization Skills

Location:

Onsite in Washington, D.C.


US Citizenship is Required

Timeline: This is an onsite role for a proposal that is expected to be awarded in November 2025.

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $141,100 - $190,900. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
