WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • 8+ years of related experience

  • US Citizenship required

  • Location: McLean, VA, On-Site at customer location

  • Security Clearance Level: Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph

REQUIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrated experience performing as an Information System Security Manager (ISSM), Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO), and Information System Security Engineer (ISSE).
  • Demonstrated experience supporting systems security practices, policies, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Demonstrated experience with system design concepts and implementation, with emphasis on cyber security principles, issues, and technology.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience being responsible for information technology/information assurance/information security work.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience with Non-Title 50 (NT-50) information systems, Enterprise and IC networks and systems.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience writing and reviewing technical documents addressing complex system design and security controls information.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience organizing, planning, and prioritizing multiple tasks to ensure schedules are met.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience communicating, written and oral, complex technical concepts and information clearly and concisely to a variety of audiences.
  • Demonstrate experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) life cycle.
  • Certifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, computer engineering or other technical field or equivalent verifiable work experience

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS AND DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE:

  • Demonstrated experience with the Sponsor’s Enterprise networks and systems.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience with information security protocols and software.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience in information, physical, and protective security policy development and implementation.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience with system design concepts and implementation, with emphasis on cyber security principles, issues, and technology.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience identifying and understanding new technologies and assess their technical capabilities for security concerns.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience leading and managing effectively; self-starter capable of working independently and within a team; adapting to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience with analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience with the Sponsor.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience with the Sponsor's policies, procedures, and guidance for cyber security.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience or understanding of Sponsor’s Project Management Framework and Risk Management Framework.
  • Demonstrated on-the-job experience in consultation and policy interpretation Sponsor’s partners systems security practices, policies, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Cyber security certifications (i.e.; CEH, Security+, Network+, CCNA, CCSP, AWS).

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $148,771 - $201,278. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
