USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

HOW Field Service Lead WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Manages the team that performs Smart Hands services for data center and remote locations.
  • Oversees the Deskside Support Technicians and the day-to-day and surge end-user support operations.
  • Works closely with Service Desk operations to ensure all tickets are worked, meeting SLA requirements to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Executes deskside technology refresh programs as needed.
  • Conducts customer satisfaction surveys response calls.
  • Utilizes knowledge of contract products and services to ensure users’ concerns are properly and accurately addressed.
  • When needed, re-opens tickets, addresses issues, and/or works deskside issues to resolution.
  • Analyzes and shares feedback with staff, peers, and management to provide continued quality service or make improvements as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: BA/BS or equivalent
  • Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
  • Security Clearance Level: Must be willing to Obtain Top Secret with SCI eligibility
  • Required Certification: Security+ or A+ or Network+
  • Required Certification: Ability to Obtain ITIL 4 Foundation – ITSM Certification within the first 9 months             
  • Location: Offutt AFB, NE

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $144,410 - $195,378. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
