GDIT has a new opportunity! We are searching for a Director of Artificial Intelligence, Strategic Growth. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, this individual will be tasked with leading successful Artificial Intelligence initiatives. These initiatives will focus on embedding AI into marketing, technology, and operations to deliver seamless, personalized end-user experiences, playing a critical in our AI journey.
WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE:
● Lead strategic AI initiatives that will align with GDIT's overall growth trajectory and vision
● Tailor AI solutions for deployment to directly address complex, mission-critical and administrative needs across the Growth organization.
● Provide technical evaluations by assessing emerging AI tools, data, and opportunities to invest or partner on upcoming bids and/or in support of organic growth objectives.
● Manage internal communications and coordination as it pertains to Artificial Intelligence Growth initiatives, especially in capture, pricing, proposals, marketing, and strategy.
● Drive enterprise-wide adoption, embedding AI into marketing, technology, and operations to deliver seamless, personalized customer journeys.
● Collaborate with functional and other key stakeholders, such as the GDIT AI COE and the GDIT CIO VP for AI, across the enterprise in execution of the GDIT strategy as the sole Growth representative for AI-related objectives.
● Engage regularly with GDIT's Executive Leadership Team to keep them informed of progress, challenges, and risks associated with our AI Strategy for Growth.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Machine Learning or related field required
● Required Experience: 10+ years of successful strategy implementation, program execution and stakeholder collaboration
● Required Technical Skills:
● Required Skills and Abilities: Strong communication, collaboration and presentation skills
● Location: Hybrid to Falls Church, VA (minimum of 3 days in office required)

Less than 10%
The likely salary range for this position is $182,750 - $247,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
