As the Director of the Enterprise Business Systems and Logistics Portfolio, you will be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge IT solutions and mission-focused support for one of the largest and most complex defense organizations in the world. How a Director of the EBS & Logistics Portfolio will make an impact:
● Manage with a mandate to scale a $50M diversified portfolio of programs supporting enterprise business systems and logistics programs across the Navy and Marine Corps.
● Cultivate new and existing relationships with key Navy stakeholders, technology partners, and subcontractors to ensure mission success.
● Oversee program delivery to ensure operational excellence, innovation, and performance metrics are consistently achieved, resulting in high CPAR ratings
● Champion modernization initiatives in EBS and logistics, leveraging AI, cloud technologies, Zero Trust security, and agile methodologies.

● Monitor and maintain alignment with Navy and USMC goals, ensuring solutions remain mission-focused and results-driven.
● As a leader, this person will guide and mentor a high-performing team of 200+ geographically dispersed professionals, supporting a successful career path.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: Bachelor's degree required.
Required Experience: 10+ years of relevant and applicable experience
Required Technical Skills:

● EBS modernization initiatives and digital transformation efforts.

● Innovative technologies such as AI/ML, cloud migration, DevSecOps, and

Zero Trust security.
Security Clearance Level: Secret clearance required to start.
Required Skills and Abilities:

● Deep understanding of US Navy and Marine Corps enterprise business and

logistics systems, including organizational structures, procurement

practices, and mission priorities.

● Ownership of P&L $50M+, revenue growth, and financial management

services for portfolio.

● Track record of success leading programs or portfolios supporting

Navy/USMC missions or similar federal enterprise systems.

● Familiarity with the Navy's technology ecosystem, including prime and

subcontractor dynamics and industry partnerships.

● Navy logistics and supply chain management systems.

● Enterprise HR and personnel management systems.

● Embody a collaborative, communicative and supportive leadership style.

● A mission-driven mindset with a passion for delivering transformative

solutions to those who serve.


● Location: Hybrid to Falls Church, VA office (3 days onsite)

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
