GDIT Gateway Orientation is conducted every week. Led by our Onboarding Partners, Orientation is our where we start to assimilate our newly hired talent into GDIT, teach them how we deliver mission performance operating as one, and how we drive success by living our core values. New employees with a confirmed start date will receive a welcome email with day 1 instructions from their Onboarding Partner. This communication will be sent to the new employees personal email address with the onboarding session invitation and dial in information.
New employees will receive instruction in their welcome email with day 1 instructions. Employees are to complete section 1 of the I-9 form and your manager or GDIT assignee will assist with completing section 2.
Benefits are available to all new hires on their effective date of hire. Benefit offerings are for FT employees or PT employees working 30 hours or more. You will have 30 days from your date of hire to enroll in your benefit plan.
As a new employee, your hiring manager will send you your log in credentials. This will include your user name and password needed to access the GDIT Network.
GDIT employees are paid on a bi-weekly schedule.
Yes, your Onboarding Partner will provide you with a charge code for your onboarding session. All other project and charge codes will be provided to you by your hiring manager.
Former employees should work with their Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to obtain additional guidance on bridging their service, if eligible.
