In-residence

Receive world-class cyber education and training led by GDIT instructors in a traditional classroom setting.

In conjunction with our in-residence classes, we offer web conferencing to allow remote attendance in real time.

Stand-alone, web-based courses provide students with the same instructor-led classes and coursework—fully online.

Coursework Alignment

The Cyber Institute develops and delivers world-class cybersecurity training and aligns its coursework with the national frameworks setting today’s high cyber standards. Our curricula and simulations adhere to the Department of Defense’s Cyber Workforce Framework (CWF) and Risk Management Framework (RMF) as well as the National Initiative for Cybersecurity Education (NICE).

Industry Certification Courses

We develop and deliver courseware for exam prep and continuing education that meet or exceed industry certifications and Department of Defense Directive 8570/8140 requirements. Our courses include CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP), CompTIA Certificated Technical Trainer (CTT+), and CompTIA Security+ (Sec+).

VIRTUAL TRAINING PLATFORM

Online learning. Real-world simulations.

Our Virtual Training Platform (VTP) takes students beyond the classroom setting, featuring real-world simulations designed to prepare students to meet and defeat the challenges they will encounter in the field.

Our VTP is an immersive, hands-on training environment that offers the latest tools and live environments to develop our students’ cyber skills. What’s more, the VTP allows instructors to select and assign the courseware best suited to prepare students for their future missions: featuring a comprehensive platform that lets personnel train any time, anywhere.
