Employee Resource Groups

If Diversity & Inclusion is the engine that powers GDIT, then our Employee Resource Groups are the gears. Formed around common interests, backgrounds, and issues, ERGs are employee-led groups in full alignment with our company’s core values. While every ERG is unique, they each share three common goals: self-development, supporting the business, and giving back to the community.
