Our people make all the difference in the world.

Diversity includes all of us. That’s why GDIT is passionate about a workplace where all our employees can thrive and contribute to everything we do. A workplace that’s not just diverse, but rich. Rich in beliefs, cultural background, job experience, and ideas. We understand that innovations can only happen when we come together. Our inclusivity is a core part of the results we bring, not just to our clients, but to the world.

Employee Resource Groups

If Diversity & Inclusion is the engine that powers GDIT, then our Employee Resource Groups are the gears. Formed around common interests, backgrounds, and issues, ERGs are employee-led groups in full alignment with our company’s core values. While every ERG is unique, they each share three common goals: self-development, supporting the business, and giving back to the community.
