The GECOS program is an IT Service Management contract supporting the modernization, expansion, and further evolution of the ARNG global IT services. The program encompasses a wide variety of services including networking, computing, storage, infrastructure, applications, hosting, and program management. While you’re applying your technical expertise to this enterprise IT infrastructure and its Wide Area Network (WAN), you’ll be exposed to the IT Service Management Model (ITSM) and ITIL, which GECOS uses as its best practices framework.
