HOW A CONFIGURATION ANALYST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Provides configuration management support to assigned projects
  • Designs and establishes configuration management documentation
  • Maintains current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned
  • Authorizes the release of drawings and changes specified by Program Management and other functional groups
  • Provides advice and guidance on overall methods, procedures, and requirements to individuals responsible for the creation of entire incident processes and codes individual modules and complex functions for a client/server enterprise application tables/panels/reports, Builds and develops application 
  • Integrates software, develops external interfaces, and maintains technical documentation
  • Designs, develops most aspects of incident response, delegate to ensure resolution, responsible for all internal and external communications to all involved
  • Troubleshoots, resolves testing issues, and successful completion tasks assigned
  • Develops tools/scripts to support and improve current build and release process and continuous integration and delivery initiatives
  • Ensures the integrity of builds and artifacts to support successful production releases
  • Drives technology release strategy, execution, and improvements across development life cycle
  • Designs a pipeline that minimizes manual involvement and leads to continuous improvements
  • Collaborates with other departments to implement best practices for release tools and process and improve productivity
  • Manages end-to-end availability, security, and performance of mission-critical release practices and environments
  • Participates in special projects as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
● Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree

● Required Experience: 3+ years of related experience
● Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
● Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Detail oriented, organizational skills, ability to multitask and have outstanding customer service skills.  
  • Fast-paced, High movement environment with occasional redirection in focus based on mission needs. 
  • Understanding the ticketing and task processes
  • Compliance of Incident management policies

● Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Office suite and Service Now
  • Understanding of installation, maintenance and troubleshooting support of information systems applications and related peripheral hardware
