WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in subject-matter field relevant to the Sponsor or advanced degree in education-related field

  • Experience: 10+ years

  • Technical skills:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting the design, development, and delivery of training classes.

  • Demonstrated experience providing briefings or software demonstrations.

  • Demonstrated experience creating online training videos about software applications.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing and updating web content

  • Demonstrated experience creating, drafting, and reviewing program documentation.

  • Demonstrated strong coordination and collaboration skills with ability to work successfully across organizational boundaries.

  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph

  • Preferred skills and abilities:

  • Demonstrated experience supporting the delivery of regular training classes for the Sponsor’s enterprise search and discovery applications.

  • Demonstrated familiarity with the Sponsor’s search and discovery applications and analytic workflow processes.

  • Demonstrated experience conducting application adoption activities for the Sponsor and its partners.

  • Demonstrated experience creating online training videos about the Sponsor’s software applications.

  • Demonstrated experience creating, drafting, and reviewing program documentation for the Sponsor’s applications.

  • Demonstrated strong coordination and collaboration skills with ability to work successfully across the Sponsor and its partners’ organizational boundaries.

  • Location: McLean, VA - On Customer Site
