Ensure the safety and security of our nation as a Systems Engineer at GDIT. You’ll apply the latest technology and provide operational support to deliver actionable intelligence for the Intelligence Community. Here, your work will have meaning and impact as you deliver your best every day.

HOW BEING A SYSTEMS ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT?

As a Systems Engineer supporting the customer, you will be trusted to solve complex IT Issues while delivering outstanding customer service. GDIT is seeking a highly cleared candidate with active TS SCI w/Poly to provide software development/architecture support, systems engineering, database design and software testing in support of enterprise-wide systems and products for the Intelligence Community (IC). Work with the latest commercial products such as AWS and ServiceNow in an agile environment on various applications designed and maintained for a broad range of IC customers.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • Required Experience:
  • In this role, typical functions/responsibilities will include:

  • Assess new IT requirements and provide recommendations for appropriate technical solutions
  • Lead innovation efforts, to include vendor engagement
  • Responsible for ensuring change management principles  are followed
  • Project/program management using Agile methodologies
  • Enterprise Scrum Master
  • ICloud/Aws (architecture and administration)

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $154,960 - $184,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
