Job Description

Senior Integrated Air and Missile Defense Requirements Analyst

Primary Location: Pentagon, Arlington Virginia

Duties: Support the Joint Staff, J-8, Joint Integrated Air and Missile Defense Organization (JIAMDO) in the development of Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) capabilities. Support and facilitate the assessment of IAMD capabilities and prioritize IAMD capability needs. Facilitate coordination and collaboration across IAMD stakeholders including the Combatant Commands, Office of the Secretary of Defense, Joint Staff, military Services and Agencies, and intelligence community. Provide expertise to support the development of warfighter required IAMD capability needs within the requirements, acquisition and resources processes.

Requirements:

1. Active in-scope U. S. Top Secret clearance required

2. At least fifteen (15) years of experience within IAMD or a
related area, a minimum of five (5) of which include executing or supporting DoD space operations.

3. Operational military experience in the IAMD domain which includes air defense, ballistic missile defense, and cruise missile defense.

4. Travel up to 15%, within Continental United States

5. Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

Desired:

1. Current TS/SCI clearance

3. Retired officer with operational IAMD experience.

4. Master’s Degree
