Job Description



Manages the day-to-day operations of tasks in assigned program area including technical work, staff supervision, financial and business development activities

Responsible for managing the activities of the assigned business unit

Aligns teams, sets goals, executes initiatives, and improves processes for the specific business units

Analyzes and provides guidance on the current processes and workflows to help the organization run efficiently and effectively

Analyzes budgets for equipment needs of the business

Create business strategies to achieve business targets

Keeps current with business and economic trends to forecast how the business will need to adapt and change over time

SCOPE OF ROLE: Manages one or more small to medium sized teams consisting of a few disciplines. Low to Medium Complexity. Direct reports are typically exempt

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experience

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $101,566 - $106,181. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
