About the Program

As a part of the Enterprise IT Portfolio, supporting the client contract, you will be responsible for centralized service desk operations and localized support to meet Tier 1 and Tier 2 needs.

The Enterprise IT Portfolio covers the full spectrum of labor categories. With significant growth in cloud, software development, and cyber positions, this program has created a number of training and career development opportunities for our employees. In 2020, more than 50 employees grew into a new role or program by taking advantage of our internal mobility opportunities. While most of the positions are in Northern Virginia, we will work with you to find a role and location that suits your personal needs.
